Hi! My name is Izabella Phillips, and today I would like to share what it is like to live with a mild / moderate sun allergy.
UV (ultraviolet) rays can be more harmful to me then regular people. I can burn faster, and I can get rashes if I am out in direct sunlight longer than 5 minutes. My body has a very low tolerance for heat.
Some things I do to protect myself outside is to wear double layers of UPF clothing, and to cover every part of my body, including my face. I also will sometimes wear a vest over my clothes that cools me down with fans.
At first, it was hard finding the right protective gloves to stop me from burning, until I found protexgloves. Protexgloves can protect me from the sun, and are usually very thin, and easy to work with.
I usually will stay indoors, but when it comes to a family gathering outside, I suit up and come to stay for as long as I can.
I am Izabella Phillips, and thank you for reading my blog!
