Colorado Enrichment Centers (CEC) is excited to announce a strategic partnership with the American Culinary Foundation (ACF). This collaboration aims to elevate culinary education and training within our community, providing students with exceptional opportunities to develop their culinary skills and pursue rewarding careers in the foodservice industry.

Through this partnership, CEC will integrate ACF-aligned curriculum and standards into its culinary programs, ensuring that students receive a world-class education that meets industry demands. Students will have access to ACF-certified instructors who bring real-world experience and expertise to the classroom. Additionally, CEC will offer students the opportunity to earn ACF certifications, which are highly valued by employers in the culinary field.

By combining CEC's commitment to student success with ACF's culinary excellence, this partnership will create a dynamic learning environment that inspires and empowers the next generation of culinary professionals. Together, we are dedicated to fostering a thriving culinary community and equipping our students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the competitive foodservice industry.

COMMUNITY

Catalyst Kitchen provides critical business skills -- including teamwork, leadership, business

management, and business math -- to succeed no matter which path students choose. The program also emphasizes community involvement and volunteering.

CERTIFICATES

Catalyst Kitchen students can earn a nationally recognized Certificate of Achievement, proving they have met a rigorous list of education and work goals, including at least 400 hours of work experience in restaurants and food service.
